Sri Lanka is a swirl of sights and sounds. New colors, new textures and new flavors waiting for you to try out. Mountains that seem to get exponentially higher and higher. Abandoned railroad lines that remind you of an apocalyptic landscape. Spices that get your heart racing. A land of beautiful animals (we saw snakes, turtles, dolphins, elephants, scorpions, but sadly, no leopards). A tsunami of emotions and highly recommended.
This is a compilation of shots as found on our way from Colombo, to Adam's Peak, Kandy, Ella, Yala National Park, to Mirissa and Hikkaduwa Beach.
Shot handheld on Panasonic GH3 Lumix, 23.976fps.
Lenses used include Voigtlander f0.95 25mm and Rokinon Cinema f1.4 85mm.
