New York-based filmmaker Josh Hayward reveals the rituals and pressures experienced in Bangkok's boxing culture—an environment of gruelling physical and psychological tension. Shot at a bare-bones training gym on the grounds of a Buddhist Temple and in Bangkok’s historic Rajadamnern Stadium, the film captures the centuries-old phenomenon of Muay Thai, seen through the eyes of a single fighter in the lead-up to a major fight.
