Blizzard New York City | Time-Stretch - In 6K

This was captured entirely with still images. The results of processing the video with still images alone isn't technically slow motion, so I'm calling this technique time-stretch.

During one of the biggest snowstorms this year, I grabbed a DSLR and a waterproof bag and headed to Midtown. The contrast from a normal day to a snow day is pretty incredible and makes for some great images. It's funny how every time snow hits New York every photographer in the city emerges and takes to the streets. It may be for selfish photo-related reasons but snowstorms here have proven to be my favorite days. I hope this can be a glimpse into what it's like for those who haven't experienced it. Please enjoy!
