What Myanmar Taught Me

Over the summer I spent two weeks in the country of Myanmar, solo traveling, meeting a wonderful community of expats, and volunteering at a meditation care shelter outside of Yangon. The Myanmese people exhibit the strongest values of compassion, selflessness, and community I have ever witnessed.
