Ísland'16
Back in the wild scenery and doubled the land crossed, accompanied with a lot of rain, wind, rainbows and overcast skies. Dived in melted glacier water through the silfra rift and feeling the chill of 2ºC water seeping into my dry suit during my second dive. Fjaðrárgljúfur with freestanding cliff walls over 1,000 feet high and a cool blue river running at the base no longer freestanding; abandoned plane wreck no longer abandoned; and a place where I can’t pronounce the names of 99% of the places.
