Lyrics:
come on down the river's calling
i might drown if i should fall in
no we won't ever row this boat to shore
something tells me we can soar
there's a whole wide world left to explore

my heart's a river
flowing to the sea
tributaries carry blood, fllooding over me
you better keep a lookout boy there's much too much to see

distant sounds of waves heard crashing
friendship found in hours passing
now the mouth opens and current pulls us through
eyes on the horizon finally coming into view
stars will guide us toward a light that's true

your eyes are oceans
wind swept into waves
tears fall into tidal pools, cry out to be saved
love's for fools
at least that's what they say

now the drought has our paddles scraping sand
when you're down and out i can lend a hand
by saving ourselves we help others through their pain
look up look up look up - can you feel it
It's starting to rain

on this body of water…
on this body of water…

TRANS-SIBERIAN · TRANS-MONGOLIAN

This is a short film on the centenary Trans-Siberian Railway. We embarked August 2017 expecting to live a romantic long train journey, but it wasn’t only that: we enjoyed 2 weeks of absorbing and great experiences, both on the train and in the cities we visited. We departed from Moscow and stopped in Ekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Baikal Lake and Ulan-Ude, the formerly closed city in which we took the Trans-Mongolian route to UlaanBaatar to after visit the spectacular Mongolian countryside.
101 years after it was completed, the Trans-Siberian still keeps the tranquility and nostalgia of an historical ride.

Kefalonia Dreamin' 2

Kefallinia, Kefalonia, Cephallonia - so good they named it thrice. The Island is best known, perhaps, as the setting for 'Captain Corelli's mandolin'. It is the largest of the Ionian Islands in western Greece.
It was a pleasure to celebrate summer on this beautiful island.
My previous video was also made in Kefalonia: vimeo.com/231871834
It was the second time on this island. Watch my first visit: vimeo.com/138445161 and vimeo.com/139116668

The Kill List

President Donald Trump told Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte that he was doing an "unbelievable job" fighting drugs in the country. Duterte promised to end drug use in the Philippines by killing drug dealers and users. A year into his term, thousands of people have died — and Duterte continues to earn historically high approval ratings. As the nation's police force carries out his bloody anti-drug campaign, it leaves behind a wake of grief in the families of those killed, and a portrait of the price the nation is willing to pay to bring discipline and order to the country.

Take Every Wave: Laird in VR

Laird Hamilton's life is unlike many others in that his pursuit of excellent physical condition and forward-thinking wave-riding is still thriving at the age of 53. Enter what's regarded as the longest wave in the world: Chicama, Peru. Join Laird and friends as they chase perfection in the form of 8-10 foot waves stretching over a mile, where rides up to 6 minutes become normal atop the innovative hydrofoil surfboard design. In Take Every Wave: Laird in VR, Laird takes you on a journey in virtual reality that's as beautiful as it is poetic. The reminder here being that even after all these years, this Hawaiian waterman is still finding novel ways to experience the ocean while breaking boundaries with the newest technology.

Over Your Skin

Check out full project:
http://ift.tt/2ft4nSy
3 years after the release of my experimental video «Warm-Up»(vimeo.com/92839404), I decided to make a sequel.
I was fascinated by the view of the paint flowing down the skin. Under the macro lens it looks like satellite images where the folds of the skin looks as a riverbed along which multicolored paints flow.
I poured metallic and fluorescent paint on the hands, lips and nipples.
I worked on this project for 4 months.

No Man's Landes

Presented by Vans & Surf Session.

Lee-Ann Curren and Adrien Toyon, two pro surfers from Biarritz, lately asked themselves about the very essence of a journey and the discovery of new landscapes. Having both accumulated a huge number of flights, hours of jetlag and lost luggage’s, their reflection led them to take another look at travelling with the mind set of visiting places a little closer to home. Having spent days studying regional maps, chatting with old natives and walking over furrowed paths « Les Landes » territory, a new route in an unknown land had been drawn to touch down on. A trip for a day. Fog, dense forests, dunes, and water currents … as many natural elements that any kind of surf spot around the world could provide popped up at their resting point.
---------------
