Short story about our granddad Vaclav "Buba" Cihak (77). Czechoslovak motorcycle racer. First starting on the motocross circuits, he moved to the off-road motorcycle competitions. He attended the legendary International Six Days Enduro race. Often called the Motorcycle Olympic Games, this event has been held continuously since 1913, apart from interruptions due to two world wars. Over the decades, it has attracted numerous famous racers – including Malcolm Smith or the “king of cool” Steve McQueen.

According to Stanford Medical, It is in fact the one and ONLY reason women in this country live 10 years more and weigh 19 KG lighter than we do.
(And by the way, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret exercise and EVERYTHING about "HOW" they are eating.)
BTW, I said "HOW", and not "what"...
