Canadian Rockies

I was recently in the Canadian Rockies shooting with Mathieu Le Lay for his latest feature documentary project, In the Starlight, featuring Alberta based mountaineer and landscape/astro photographer, Paul Zizka. We primarily shot on the Canon 1Dx Mk2 and Sony fs5, but I also grabbed a handful of quick behind the scenes / b-roll shots on my iPhone 6s with Moment lenses. Was quite handy to pull from my pocket and get a shot when it was too tricky to take the fs5 out my pack. The two spots featured in the video are Bow Lake, Alberta, and Mount Robson Provincial Park, British Columbia, where we summited the amazing yet very difficult, Mount Whitehorn 3,399m.
