The Yuba River just outside of Nevada City, California, is an awesome force of nature when it swells with powerful storm runoff. The sheer raw energy is awe inspiring. I spent the morning down by the river yesterday and want to share its incredible power with you. This was shot on January 9, 2017, the highest the river has been in the last 10-15 years.
