Timelapse scenes filmed in the Huangpu and Pudong areas of Shanghai during a visit in May 2015 with Michael Shainblum. We were fortunate to have a few clear days and a knowledgable fixer who helped us get access to some rare rooftop filming locations. Shanghai is a fascinating city and I regret not having time to see more of it, but I have a ten-year visa so hopefully I'll return!
