Transylvania is a historical region in the central part of Romania. Bounded on the east and south by its natural borders, the Carpathian mountain range. This footage was shot over a week in July whilst travelling around the region with friends.
In the English-speaking world Transylvania has been commonly associated with vampires, however, the landscape is full of exquisite beauty and during summer is lush and green. I would not hesitate to recommend a visit to anyone who enjoys the outdoors.
