In April 2014, I ventured to Japan with my close friends after a year of planning. Armed with maps, cash, rail pass and a small little HDV handycam, I recorded a lot of footage just to remember the journey. Little did I know that nearly one year later, after shifting through the footage and getting all nostalgic, I realised that my often shaky camerawork could be put to some use.
In Episode 3, we left Kyoto and got the bullet train to Hiroshima, walked around peace park and the war memorials, including the Genbaku Dome and Peace Museum. After that, we visited Hondori Arcade and checked out the shopping, before retreating back to Peace Park for a midnight stroll. Loved this place so much.
